Yikes. Your privilege is showing in your response here... if you truly possess the concern that you are performing in this response, please look up a cause on domestic soil that is well worth this passion (and more), called "Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women" (or MMIW).

You talk about this as if it is something in the distant past. I don't know much about you, but I get the sense you are a very privileged cis gay white man (or just a cis white man, maybe not). Have you ever visited a Native reservation in America? Do you know what murder and suicide rates are like? The genocide of Native Americans is not something that happened in the distant past; it has extant, lethal consequences that range from subtle to gross, and you are still very much culpable for those.

The same could absolutely be said about the experience of Black Americans. They are being disproportionately literally murdered by the government (both through policing and capital punishment), and subtly killed through systemic racism that causes mass poverty (and unequal access to medicine and food, among many other things).

So I ask the question again, should Native and Black people be allowed to rape and torture and kill you because of what you do to them now, and what your family and people who look like you have done to them?

Obviously not.

And for the record, Israel is incontrovertibly the Jewish homeland. Many Jews painstakingly remained there continuously for thousands of years, despite violent colonialism (predominantly by first the Romans, and then your beloved ever-victimized Arabs) that forced most Jews into diaspora.

On the contrary to your exceptionally flawed and backwards logic, the Jews who were ethnically cleansed and genocided all over the world, who had dreamed and prayed for millennia of returning to their homeland were the ones "decolonizing."

And for the 20% of Israel's population that is Arab and welcomed coexistence with their Jewish peers, it was a generally positive outcome. For those whose entire existence hinged on now almost 80 years of vengeance and self-victimization and an unfettered thirst to see every Jew in the world brutally murdered, well, not so happy.

If you were willing to read, I think you would find this interesting. I doubt you know much about the origins of this conflict beyond TikTok and your own bubble, and this may be a particular aspect of it that you would find enlightening.

Anyways, until I see a shred of evidence that you spoke out for the victims of 10/7 with this vigor, your concern appears solely performative, empty, antisemitic, and like a frankly pathetic deflection of your own actual white guilt and privilege. Please do look into MMIW -- you have a debt to pay.
