Watching 90s and 00s media is so crazy in this regard — I feel like Legally Blonde was almost the apex of all of the Ivy-worship, but I’m sure there is still a ton of that happening in newer content that I don’t watch 😅 but you’re absolutely right, this narrative has been instilled early and often.
