Tina Fey is white, periodt. You clearly don't understand that cartoon or no cartoon, the voice takes on the race of whoever's voicing it -- even in the most appalling scenario where they try to "sound like" the race they're attempting to portray.

You don't get to hop in and say "HA! They don't see color in this world so Tina Fey doesn't have a race neener neener neener!" The movie exists in and is still based upon/a reflection of a world where race is VERY real and causes a deep well of harm and oppression. Disney/Pixar is complicit in that and has been for generations. This is their half-baked attempt to rectify at a minimum the way they've excluded Black people from their canon of content. Tina Fey is white, even if her character is blue (or Black for a while?!). You don't get to decide that Tina Fey isn't white. She's white. Always and forever.
