The story is absolutely sickening. I didn’t used to believe in the death penalty (I wrote an entire research essay about that years ago), but looking at things like this I have to wonder why any of those people deserve to breathe after doing this to a human being, out of just sheer barbaric hatred.

**Quick edit because I saw your note about the Palestinian flag— you should be aware that many hostages (Israeli and non-Israelis who were simply in Israel on 10/7, Jews and Arabs and many other ethnicities) experienced torture and murder like this as hostages in the tunnels of Gaza. Born of the same hatred that these evil people felt toward a Black trans person for simply existing— you can employ whatever mental gymnastics you wish to convolute this simple fact or justify it, but it is what it is. Hopefully some day you can take your own advice and find as much compassion for Jewish people as you do for Palestinians.
