I fear we’re unlikely to understand one another on the topic of this essay (which is not even actually about Netanyahu, but rather projecting antisemitic tropes onto Jewish political figures you dislike) because you have employed the term “cabal” to describe religious Jews’ alleged total political control of all Israel… I’m assuming you’re aware of the existence of a frightening global conspiracy theory called QAnon which is almost foundational connected to the racist, antisemitic allegation that a cabal of Jews control the world. I fear this paranoia has taken hold of you too, or that you are so steeped in hatred of political figures that you have allowed yourself too to become victim of a cheap and easy lie.
Democracy is not perfect anywhere. There are always flaws, always corruption. Your hatred of religious Jews in Israel doesn’t mean that you or all other citizens can’t vote, and that a parliament won’t function there the way parliamentary systems are designed to function in a democracy.
