I think it’s important to note that our legal system does not exist solely to address things that happen most frequently— even the more niche but patently harmful (arguably criminal) things that happen must be accounted for.
And I honestly resent this narrative that being pro-life is inherently “anti-feminist” by any means. There are plenty of proudly feminist women who think about this issue from a variety of valid perspectives and identify as pro-life. Also, men very much have skin in the game to discuss this issue given A) they are fathering said fetuses/babies, and B) existential matters of life and death are all part of the human condition, which involves ethics and decision-making that absolutely must include all beings (not in a paternalistic or violating way, of course, but in a human and civilized way)
