Of course it's possible. But people often hate Jews, as I'm quite certain you do based on your sweeping generalization that ANY suggestion of antisemitism is inherently paranoid and never rooted in reality. And by the way, the same way we discuss "anti-Blackness" in America as being tied to an endemic hatred (doesn't need to be personal, but does inform biases that are absolutely rooted in a form of widespread hatred and phobia), so too is antisemitism woven into the very fabric of this culture.
A large number of Christians (which are a majority of the population of this country) literally blame Jews for killing Jesus. That is the very tip of the iceberg. Make all the excuses you like, but don't pretend to be "academic" or "philosophical" or interested in any meaningful conversations of that nature.
