I’m not a mom, but I appreciate you mama. This is literally ridiculous, why can’t they just let people work remotely? This is maddening and saddening and you should be able to be there for your little one at a time that you’ll never be able to really make up for. I feel your pain. You deserve better. I sincerely hope your company reevaluates (or that you can eventually find remote or at least more local work).
