I say let them rot in prison forever, regardless of how old they are. If they're living to ripe old ages they clearly aren't burdened much by guilt, otherwise they'd have had heart attacks before they turned 90. It's never too late for accountability, and people in highly vaxxed countries aren't really under house arrest (not that American people are either).
