Brilliant and spot on. Can't wait to go back to my break when this all ends :(

I'm really worried about the way this is affecting kids and young adults who don't know any other way. It's so true, it's a blessing and a curse. But I'm starting to realize how deep the effects of the "dark side" of this go when it comes to developing brains... all of us already struggle with moderation and critical thinking and sadly compassion, but a teenager's brain is another level.

I'm naively hoping we collectively figure out a way to protect kids from the underbelly, but I don't know what that looks like... especially because even the underbelly is to an extent still a mirror. What a time to be alive!
